Joe Garrigan is the Captain of the F/V Dominique Rose. He was born and raised in Santa Barbara and fell in love with the ocean at a young age, surfing, fishing, and diving at the Channel Islands and along the Coast.
After taking a summer job during college with Captain Paul Teall, Joe knew immediately Commercial Fishing was the career he wanted to pursue.
Joe currently fishes for Spiny Lobster, Rock Crab, Rockfish, and Salmon. He and his wife, Melissa, sell their products every weekend at the Saturday Fishermen's Market and are proud to bring local, sustainable products to our community.
